TKB Trading Swatches Part 1 (Pic Heavy)

Hey Guys!

I am really stoked with my order from TKB Trading.
I ordered 51 sample micas, which is just mineral eyeshadow.

The sample micas are  USD $1.50 and range from a teaspoon to a table spoon in size.
Most of the ones I bought are a tablespoon.
I then bought some jars and sifters from a seller on Ebay so I can transfer them from their bags and have them all pretty and easy to use.
All up I probably spent NZD $100 for the 51 colours and jars!

There is a story behind how I got onto this site.
I have always been a Lime Crime lover! They have cute packaging and amazing colours.
A friend was doing some research on their products and found out their was quite a big scandal surrounding their eye shadows.
It was found that they were buying the TKB Trading Micas and renaming and repacking them and then selling them for 400% more.
I also found that a lot of other (generally smaller) companies do the same thing.

Here is a list of dupes from Lime Crime Vs. TKB Trading

(I got this list from Lillian funny face's blog)
I am in no way saying I wouldn't buy from Lime Crime - They have amazing lipsticks and lip glosses, I just wouldn't buy their eye shadows.

Why pay more when you can get the same for less!

Anyway back to TKB Trading!
I highly recommend them, they shipped to me (New Zealand) in 12 days - this is really fast for us!
They fulfilled my order perfectly.
I ordered a 30 sampler pack and asked for some different colours to what was already in my order and said that I love brights but would welcome some neutral tones and they did amazing on picking out colours for me. I will swatch those colours in my TKB Trading Swatches Part 2.

Below are swatches of the colours I chose for myself after looking through blogs and YouTube channels at some swatches and reviews.

These are the colours I chose
These are the sample colours I ordered that I will be swatching in my next post.
