I recently went out and a had a mini make up spree in Hamilton.
I just got a few things I wanted to try and then topped up on some of the products I love but had run out of.
I haven't put all the photos up yet or the swatches.

The only brush I was disappointed in was the QVS Eyeshadow Brush.
The bristles are really hard and its basically feels like I'm trying to put my eyeshadow on with a piece of cardboard.

I really like this mascara and not just because it was free. It goes on really thick which is something I generally look for in a mascara & it has a nice brush for easy application (shown below)

I am not to fussed on my primers as long as it goes on smoothly and doesn't cause break outs. This one so far is working a treat.

I saw this product on a few blog and it is amazing. It really is perfect for just having with you in your handbag. Its super moisturizing for your lips. It comes in quite a few colours, this wasn't actually the colour I wanted but it is nice for summer.

This is probably my most disappointing product. I had heard so many good reviews on it and I was wanting to try a new foundation so I thought I would give it a go. It doesn't go on very well, it can be quite streaky. I have tried numerous ways of applying this foundation and it just is not compatible with my face.

This is surprisingly a really good eyeliner, I was looking through the BYS display and saw this right next to it. It isn't a brand I have seen or heard of before so I thought I would try it out. The eyeliner is really dark and it stays on for quite a while. I am still having to get used to it, my eyes are quite sensitive and this unfortunately causes them to sting about after application.

I love this stylish lipstick case, you push the silver button in and out it pops, so cool!

This colour isn't as pigmented as I would have liked but it is a nice everyday lipstick and it is long lasting. Even when it has worn off it still leaves a nice light stain on your lips.

This is great. I absolutely love this stuff. It makes me feel so refreshed once I have applied my foundation. I would definitely recommend this!

I am a shocker for packaging. I wanted a bronzer but hadn't done any research on a good bronzer/brand so I bought this one based on its appearance and the fact that it come with a free mascara. I love it! Its huge, it would suit any skin tone, it makes my skin glow and the way it looks reminds me of sand at the beach. This is my summer love right now!

Stay tuned for my swatches tomorrow and my Coastal Scents matte and shimmer palette reviews!
